08NDA
Where the nature or value of a project warrants additional protection, Pattern Lab and the customer may enter into a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.
If an NDA conflicts with this general Policy, the signed NDA should prevail for the relevant confidential information.
09Newly Created Patterns
Ownership of patterns newly created specifically for a customer should be defined in the applicable commercial/project agreement.
Unless the quotation or project agreement states otherwise:
Upon receipt of full payment for the relevant deliverable, the customer receives the ownership or usage rights expressly stated in the quotation/project agreement.
