04Technologies We Use

The Pattern Lab India website currently uses the following:

Netlify — website hosting. Netlify may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. Essential.

Metricool — website analytics. Measures page views, traffic sources, device type and general visitor behaviour, to help us understand how the website is used. Analytics.

Google Fonts — delivers the fonts used on the website. Your browser connects to Google to load them. Essential for display.

Supabase — client portal login. When you log in, a login session is stored in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in. Only used if you log in. Essential.

Ask PLI chat assistant — keeps the current conversation in your browser’s session storage while the tab is open. Questions you type are processed through our Supabase service and an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate answers, and are saved so our team can improve answers and follow up on requests. Functional.

Razorpay — processes the Project Initiation Fee on the Send Your Tech Pack page. The payment window is loaded from Razorpay only when you choose to pay, and Razorpay may use cookies needed for payment security, fraud prevention and authentication. Essential for payment.

Website forms — Contact and Send Your Tech Pack submissions, including uploaded files, are stored securely with Supabase and emailed to our team through Resend. The Send Your Tech Pack form keeps an unsent draft in your browser’s local storage on this device. Functional.

WhatsApp — links and buttons open WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own policies apply once you use it.

05No Advertising Cookies

Pattern Lab India does not currently use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies on the website.

If we add advertising or marketing technologies in future, we will update this Policy and ask for consent where required.

06Your Choices

You can block or delete cookies and website storage through your browser settings, or use a private browsing window.

Blocking analytics does not affect your use of the website. Blocking essential technologies may stop features such as the client portal login from working.

07Changes to Technologies

When we add or remove a technology listed above, we will update this Policy and its “Last Updated” date.

08Payment Technologies

The payment provider may use cookies or similar technologies required for:

• Security
• Fraud detection
• Checkout
• Payment authentication
• and transaction processing.

Some of these technologies may be necessary for the payment service to function.
